Staff posture lengthens and properly aligns the spine. Staff posture gently stretches the bakcs of the legs, opens the chest and stimulates the reproductive and respiratory systems.
- From a seated position, extend your legs straight out in front of you with your hands slightly behind your hips and fingers pointed outward.
- Press your hips down and back while pressing your chest forward. Use your arms to support your chest and keep your spine straight.
- Press your heels out and away from you, stretching your legs, at the same time you pull your toes up and back toward your head.
- Breathe and hold for 3-6 breaths.

If it makes you more comfortabl, place a fodled blanket or towel under your hips.
