Sitting in your desk chair with your feet firmly on the floor, sit tall pressing your body into the seat of the chair.
Extend your torso in a twisting motion to one side with that hand on the back of your chair. The other hand should grip the bottom of the chair where it rests during the twisting motion.
Repeat this toward the other side, reversing the directions above. Hold each position for a few breaths while trying to relax into the stretch as much as possible.
